  • Standard International (10-15 business days)
    • Canada: Starting at $14.95
    • Europe: Starting at $19.95
    • Rest of World: Starting at $24.95
  • Express International (5-7 business days)
    • Canada: Starting at $29.95
    • Europe: Starting at $34.95

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed next business day
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take 2-3 business days

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $35
  • Free express shipping on domestic orders over $200
  • Excludes oversized items and international shipping
  • Only valid for continental United States

Tracking Orders

Address Changes
